Ans: Yes, MSW Programme is recognized by University Grants Commission, New Delhi and the institute is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur
Q.2. What is the medium of instruction, duration, and nature of the MSW Examination?
Ans: The medium of instruction is English. Duration is of two years (4 semesters). At the end of every semester, there will be an examination. MSW First Year (Semester I - 7 Subjects and Semester-II – 7 Subjects), MSW Second Year (Semester III - 7 Subjects and Semester-IV – 7 Subjects). The entire syllabus is based on the CBCS (Choice Based Credit System) pattern.

Ans: 120 Seats (MSW First Year, 2 divisions)

Ans: MSW Candidates are employable in various Government & Non-Governmental organizations as coordinators, field supervisors, caseworkers, group workers, community organizers, HR Managers, Labour officers, CSR Officers, Medical Social Workers, etc. and they are competent to start their own NGO.
