As the Secretary of the Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER) Trust, I am proud to uphold the institution’s enduring commitment to service and academic excellence. Our legacy, established in 1976, is rooted in the belief that education is the most powerful tool for socio-economic upliftment and national development. We ensure that every resource, facility, and policy at CSIBER aligns with this noble purpose.

Our operational philosophy is a direct execution of our Mission, strategically addressing India's need for skilled, ethical, and regionally diverse talent. We recognize the immense, often untapped, potential within the rural and semi-urban youth. Our strategic focus on students from and around Southern Maharashtra, which is predominantly rural, ensures we are a catalyst for inclusive economic growth, creating local opportunities and feeding skilled professionals into the national workforce.

We are dedicated to promoting confidence and motivating our faculty and staff through continuous training and providing advanced resources.
