Dr. Varsha Rayanade holds a Doctorate in Commerce and Management from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Her research interest areas are Costing, Accountancy and Financial Management. Presently she is working as Asst. Professor for M.B.A (Finance) at CSIBER She is an Academician having 20 years of teaching experience in PG and UG level programmes. She has attended more than 35 workshops, seminars, conferences and FDPs and presented 10 research papers in International and National
Conferences.
She has authored 4 Text Books for BBA Students of Shivaji University. She has worked as Asst. Professor and Head of BBA department of D R K College of Commerce, Kolhapur. She has also worked as Coordinator at D R K College of Commerce for Distance Education of Shivaji University. She was also the Officer in Charge for CMA Examinations conducted at D R K College of Commerce, Kolhapur.
She has been part of various committees and activities of D R K College of Commerce and Shivaji University. She has also organized various workshops, conferences and events. She has been Merit Rank holder throughout her academic career. She has also actively participated in NCC and was awarded Certificate of Merit for Best Performance in NCC Competition and Best Cadet.
She has won Two Gold Medals, One Silver Medal and One Bronze Medal in Rifle Shooting at National Shooting Championship organized by The National Rifle Association of India at New Delhi.
She has been honored with the Prestigious “ Kolhapur Zilla Gourav Patra” by the District Collector of Kolhapur.
