He has experience of more than 11 years in teaching and 1 year of Industrial Experience. He has also experience in handling public Relation Officer Coordinator role. He has also Working as Industrial Visit Co- Coordinator for various industrial visits. He is teaching courses such as Managing Human Resource, Talent and Human Capital Management, Strategic Management, Research Methodology, Fundamentals of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Management. He has published more than 6 research papers in different National and International journals and presented various papers in different International and National Conferences. He has worked on various important committees of Institute. He has also attended and organized seminars, workshops, FDPs and management events. He has worked as an Internal Paper setter and Evaluator for Rani Channamma University Belgavi & has delivered guest lectures at different institutes.
