Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival jointly organized by Kirloskar & CSIBER was held on the 9th, 10th and 11th March 2023 in the CSIBER Seminar Hall. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. S.P. Rath, Director, CSIBER where Shri.
C.G. Ranade, Plant Head, Kirloskar, Shri. Dhiraj Jadhav, GM & HR, Shri. Virendra Chitrav, Festival Director were also present. Dr. D.M. Bhosale was the coordinator of the programme.
All the guests addressed the participants and various activities like film screenings on Timbaktu-Nutritions Food, Hunting for Seeds, Turtles with Antenna etc. were screened at CSIBER. Later, a case presentation on Entrepreneurship in E-waste &
Plastic Fuel was done by Swapnil Kulkarni and an Eco-Bazaar was inaugurated at Swyamsiddha which was open from 10 am to 8 pm for two days.
The second day, a film show was held on Home Composting and Gardening, Zoonotic Diseases, Mango Man of India etc. followed by an enlightening speech by Narendra Khot on Sustainable Farming. On the concluding day, the programme started with a melodious flute play by Prof. Sachin Jagtap. K V Sanman awards were given during the valedictory function by the
auspicious hands of R R Deshpande CEO KOEL, CG Ranade Plant Head, Dhiraj Jadhav GM and Virendra Chitrav FD.
The recipient of the prestigious awards were.
1.Sanjay Patil, 2. Sandeep Chodankar, and 3. Avani Sanstha.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. S.S.Apate. Everybody enjoyed the festival for three days and were benefited intellectually. The programme was hosted by Sharad Asgaonkar who anchored the entire event meticulously.
